    There can feel like a big gap between being cleared to return to exercise after having a baby, and actually feeling ready for it. Part education and part exercise class, this workshop is designed to help you bridge that gap confidently and safely. We’ll cover common postpartum conditions and how they affect exercise, as well as broader guiding principles to returning to activity. Then we’ll put it into practice in an exercise class that will get you in touch with key functional muscle groups like your pelvic floor and abdominals. We’ll screen for abdominal separation and provide ways to start rehabbing it. By the end of the workshop you’ll have a better understanding of how to get back into exercising and experience activating important muscle groups. This is ideal for those at least 6 weeks postpartum, but no limit on how far out from birth you are.
