TESTIMONIALS

“Working with Lindsay truly changed my life. I’ve struggled with pelvic floor dysfunction for as long as I can remember and never thought I’d be able to have a natural delivery. When I started seeing Lindsay in my second trimester, I was anxious and unsure, but she immediately put me at ease. She is the most kind, supportive, and knowledgeable professional I’ve ever worked with. Over time, Lindsay helped me not only physically but also emotionally. She never pressured me or pushed me in any direction—she was simply there to provide information, guidance, and unwavering support. Thanks to my work with her, I found the confidence to attempt a natural delivery, and it worked! It was something I never thought possible, and I owe it all to her incredible care. If you have concerns about your pelvic floor or need support in that area, I couldn’t recommend Lindsay more. She’s absolutely the best, and I feel so fortunate to have worked with her.”

“I cannot recommend Lindsay highly enough. She was by far one of the most important people in my postpartum recovery and I could not have done it without her! I had a very difficult birth / C section and Lindsay helped me so much with processing the whole experience and getting back in touch with my body post pregnancy and surgery. We did scar mobilization & sensitization, physical therapy for my diastasis recti, as well as very practical exercises for strengthening all of the most important muscle groups used in new motherhood. Not to mention she is just a delightful, extremely intelligent, compassionate, funny, professional, knowledgeable woman (and mom, herself.) Within the span of just a few months I saw so much improvement and feel optimistic and inspired moving forward. Thank you for everything, Lindsay!”

“I came to Lindsay for help with diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction after multiple pregnancies and two traumatic childbirth experiences, and she is a gift! Lindsay is honest, professional, and warm. She seems well read and up to date on research backing her approach to all concerns. And she actually truly listens, paying attention to or asking for critical details in a way I've found to be quite rare among healthcare providers, especially when it comes to reproductive/women's health. She always seemed truly invested in seeing me heal and would get creative to create a treatment plan that could fit into my busy, active lifestyle as a working mom of two young kids. Lindsay was always honest about what I could expect in terms of recovery, even when that was difficult news to deliver. And she's helped me recover so much already. I cannot recommend Lindsay Brunner highly enough!”

“I HIGHLY recommend Lindsay as a PT. You will not find a better PT in LA!! She is smart, thoughtful, and considerate. No matter what is going on with your body, Lindsay will find a way to get you moving and out of pain again. I recently worked with Lindsay to recover from prolapse and pelvic pressure/pain after my delivery. She helped me understand the condition, the anatomy, the healing process, and put together a plan that worked. She helped me get out of fear around the condition, and shared how normal what I was experiencing was (and that a little PT would go a long way). Now, 4 months postpartum, I am back to normal function, and we are even working on getting ready for me to run again. Previously, I had worked with Lindsay for several years for pain and limitations related to plantar fasciitis and tendinopathy. I had worked with several other PTs before her with no luck. Lindsay really committed to getting me moving again. She always listens to what is working and what is not, and adjusts the plan accordingly. She shares her wealth of knowledge in a way that is easy to understand. I appreciate her flexibility of offering telehealth, in person in her clinic, or in person at your home. Having worked with her twice now, I really am thankful for her.

“I couldn’t recommend Lindsay more. After delivering my daughter, I received a diagnosis of a tear in the cartilage in my hip and was prescribed both physical therapy for my hip and pelvic floor therapy. Lindsay was not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in understanding my pain and treating it, but she was also extremely personable. She assisted me in navigating my decision to have surgery. Her creative approach helped me become strong enough to handle the physical demands of motherhood while healing from surgery. As a mother herself, she was extremely empathetic to my circumstances and so helpful.

“Lindsay has genuinely changed my life. I started seeing her for lower back pain about 6 years ago and have always come to her with any PT needs that have arisen over the years. We have always achieved positive outcomes as a result of her input and I continue to use the exercises and techniques she has taught me to this day. Lindsay is incredibly kind, present, and attentive, and I am forever grateful for the impact she has had on my physical and mental well being. You are in the best hands!”

“As a former competitive athlete herself, Dr. Lindsay totally gets what it takes physically and mentally for peak performance. She helped my 12-year-old daughter return to high-level gymnastics after a tibia/fibula fracture. By re-building her strength and working with her coaches to understand areas where her injury was limiting her, she helped Ellie find the confidence she needed to get back to competing.”
